户内变电站主变压器室空气冷却系统改进及数值模拟研究(英文) 被引量:4

摘要 针对室内变电站主变压器室在夏季对流换热过程中由于温度过高导致的设备安全问题,设计了一种室内变电站变压室的对流换热通风换气系统,并且利用CFD技术对安装了通风换气系统的户内变电站对流换热效果进行了数值模拟和分析。仿真结果表明:引入通风换气系统后,主变压器主体的温度进一步降低,变压器主体两端温度由于散射片的作用温度迅速降低,使得整个主变压器室的流场更趋于均匀合理,避免了在变压器本体正上方空气流动较少的问题,使得空气在主变压器室里面的流动更充分,保证了户内变电站在夏季工作时的安全性和稳定性。 Focused on device security issue caused by overheat of indoor substations main transformer convective heat transfer process in summer, a convective heat transfer ventilation with side air inlet is proposed in this paper. Based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the numerical simulation and analysis results show that the heat dissipation performance of indoor substation installed in this special ventilation is very excellent. By using this sys- tem, the temperature of main transformer could be reduced. Both sides of main transformer could be cool down in a very short time due to the cooling fin, which solves the problem of less air motion fight above the transformer. The whole air flow field tends to be proportional and reasonable. This kind of ventilation ensures the security and stability of indoor substation working in summer.
