基于PLC的轻轨水平轮拆卸装置控制系统设计(英文)

摘要 水平轮作为轻轨运行的导向轮,在轻轨运行中的报废率相对较高。传统的人工拆卸和安装水平轮辋的方式存在效率低、成本高、操作具有一定危险性等缺点。为了保证轻轨水平轮轮辋拆卸、安装的安全与高效,在设计并完成轻轨水平轮拆卸的机械装置的基础之上为该装置设计了基于PLC的控制系统,实现了该装置在自动、半自动、手动3种模式下完成轻轨水平轮轮辋的拆卸与安装。 As a guide wheel for Light rail, the horizontal wheel has a relatively high scrap rate while the light rail running. And then, the ways of traditional manual removing and installing horizontal rim are of low efficiency, high cost, a certain risk and other shortcomings. In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the horizontal wheel rim disassembly and installation, this paper designs the PLC-based control system on the basis of designing and completing the mechanical device of the light rail horizontal wheel disassembly. According to the above de- sign, three modes, including automatic, semi-automatic, manual control can be used to complete the removal and installation of the horizontal wheel rim of the light rail.
