摘要
对烧结钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁材料进行电火花线切割加工实验,利用带能谱分析的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察切割表面和电极丝表层的显微形貌。从微观角度研究电火花线切割高效低损切割钕铁硼材料的机理,探讨电参数、冲液条件、蚀除方式等因素对切割效率和丝损的影响。实验研究发现,采用贴附式高压喷液方式,可有效增加极间的工作液进入量和流速,提高电蚀粒子和气泡等电蚀产物的排出,较常压浇注方式切割效率提高35.46%,丝损降低18.75%。为NdFeB材料的高效、稳定、低损切割提供了有益参考。
The author carries out the wire cutting machining experiments of NdFeB using wire electrical discharge machining, and observes the surface micro morphology of wire electrode with the SEM which can analyzes the energy spectrum. The mechanism of WEDM with high efficiency and low loss was studied from the microscopic point of view, and the effects of electric parameters, flushing conditions and etching methods on cutting efficiency and wire loss were discussed. The experimental study found that the use of attached high -pressure spray method, can effectively increase the amount of working fluid entry and flow rate, improve the erosion of particles and bubbles, such as discharge of electrical corrosion products. Compared with the normal pouring method, the cutting efficiency is increased by 35.46% and the wire loss is reduced by about 18.75%. It provides a useful reference for efficient, stable and low loss cutting of NdFeB materials.
