摘要 数控机床的加工质量与刀具状态密切相关,文章介绍一个在FANUC系统上开发的智能检测刀具状态项目。其核心是使用FANUC-PMC窗口功能读取主轴负载和速度数据;运用数学手段分析。总结了4个检测方法:过滤法、最大值法、积分法和求导法,针对刀具的断刀、崩刃和磨损等状态进行检测。项目由两部分构成:(1)用FANUC-PMC进行数据采集、分析和检测控制;(2)用FANUC-Picture制作管理界面显示刀检数据表和设定数据。项目特点:(1)在线实时检测;(2)不增加加工时间;(3)不增加硬件。 The machining quality of NC machine tool is closely related to tool condition. This article introduces an intelligent tool detecting program based on FANUC system. The core is reading spindle load and spindle speed data with the help of FANUC - PMC window function and to make a concrete analysis through mathematical manipulation. It can be summarized as four categories of test methods: filtration method, maximum value method, calculus method and derivative method. They can monitor and track the status of tool breakage, tool deformation as well as tool abrasion. This program is composed of two parts: (1)use FANUC -PMC to complete data collection, analysis and detection; (2)use FANUC -Picture to present a management interface so as to display tool detection datasheet and set data. The character of this program: (1) in process real time detection ; (2)non time- added machining time;(3)no hardware increase.
