Application of Risk Management in Hospital Infection Management in ICU

目的探讨风险管理在新建ICU开展科室医院感染管理工作中的应用。方法应用风险管理理念和方法,对ICU常见医院感染风险进行识别、评估,采取风险应对措施,对薄弱环节进行全面的管理与监控。结果感控小组成员稳定,熟悉自身职责;建立了12个方面的43项相关制度及流程;8项感控工作全面开展,达到良好3项,合格5项。结论应用风险管理有利于新建ICU开展规范化的医院感染管理工作。

Objective To explore the application of risk management in the management of hospital infection in the ICU. Methods The concept and method of risk management were used to identify and assess the risk of common hospital in- fection in the ICU. The measures of risk management were taken and the weak links were controlled and monitored. Results The members of the control group were fixed, familiar with their duties. They established 43 related regulations and proces- ses of 12 aspects. Furthermore, they implemented 8 infection controls in full swing, with 3 controls testing achieving good re- sults, 5 qualified. Conclusion The application of risk management is conducive to the ICU, concerning standardized man- agement of hospital infection.
