摘要
法治医疗纠纷已成为全社会的共识,现在面临的难题是如何创造条件,使医疗纠纷法治之路更加宽阔畅通。文章在对医疗纠纷客观性分析的基础上,联系依法治国大背景和医疗纠纷法治现象逐步呈现的现实,着重剖析制约医疗纠纷法治的相关因素并逐一提出针对性的建议。
It has been a consensus that medical disputes should be governed and settled by law. The problem we are facing now is how to create conditions to use law to solve medical disputes. Based on the objectivity analysis of medical dis- putes, considering the broad context of ＂governing the country by law＂ as well as the conditions that more disputes are subject to law, the paper emphatically analyzes restricting factors related to medical dispute settlement by law and meanwhile puts for- ward corresponding suggestions one by one.
