Qianlietongyu Capsule Therapy for Chronic Prostatitis: A Meta Analysis

目的评价前列通瘀胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎(Chronic Prostatitis,CP)的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库,收集前列通瘀胶囊治疗CP的随机对照临床试验或半随机对照临床试验,检索时限均从建库至2016年1月,对纳入研究的方法学质量进行评价,用Rev Man 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果 Meta分析结果显示:前列通瘀胶囊单用或联用其他药物治疗CP在治愈率[OR=1.96,95%CI(1.63,2.34),P<0.05]、总有效率[OR=2.85,95%CI(2.27,3.59),P<0.05]、症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI)[MD=-4.92,95%CI(-9.65,-0.18),P<0.05]均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,但前列腺液白细胞计数(EPSWBC)[MD=-1.92,95%CI(-3.91,0.06),P>0.05]、不良反应[OR=0.97,95%CI(0.59,1.60,P>0.05)]差异无统计学意义。结论本Meta分析表明前列通瘀胶囊单用或联用其他药物治疗CP,应用安全,在治愈率、总有效率及改善NIH-CPSI上优于对照组,对前列腺液白细胞计数的影响及副作用与对照组相当。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qianlietongyu capsule in the treatment of chronic prostati- tis （CP） , and provide evidence - based reference for clinical treatment. Methods Retrieved from China Knowledge Re- sources, Chinese Biomdical literature Database and Wanfang Database, randomized or quasi -randomiz -ed controlled trials about Qianlietongyu capsule alone or combined with other drug therapy for CP were collected, the evaluated by the methodo- logical quality, statistical analyzed with RevMen 5.3 software. Results Compared with the control group, the results of meta analysis showed that Qianlietongyu capsule alone or combined with other drug therapy for CP in the cure rate [ OR = 1.96, 95% CI （ 1.63, 2. 34）, P 〈 0. 05 ~, the total effective rate [ OR = 2. 85, 95 % CI （2. 27, 3.59）, P 〈 0.05 ], the symptom- atic index [ MD = - 4. 92, 95 % CI （ - 9. 65, - 0. 18 ）, P 〈 0. 05 ], the difference was statistically significant. However, the white blood cell of prostatic fliud [ MD = - 1.92, 95% CI （ - 3.91, 0. 06）, P 〉 0. 05 ], and the side effect [ OR = 0. 97, 95 % CI （0. 59, 1.60, P 〉 0. 05 ], the difference was not significant. Conclusion This Meta - analysis showed that Qianli- eTongyu capsule alone or combined with other drug in the treatment of CP in the cure rate, the total effective rate and the symptomatic Index is superior to the control group, but the white blood cell count of prostatic fluid is equivalent to the control group, with similar safety.
