摘要
Ⅰ型自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)是一类具有调节作用的独特的T淋巴细胞亚群,根据Ⅰ型NKT细胞在胸腺的发育、表达的转录因子及产生细胞因子等不同,Ⅰ型NKT细胞可分为iNKT-1、iNKT-2、iNKT-17、iNKT-10等细胞亚群。Ⅰ型NKT细胞具有功能异质性,在肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、1型糖尿病、支气管哮喘等各种疾病的免疫反应中发挥不同的调节作用,既能促进免疫反应,也能抑制免疫反应。
Type I natural killer T(NKT) cells are a specialized subset of T lymphocytes playing a critical role in reg-ulating the immune response. Type I NKT cells can be subdivided into iNKT-1, iNKT-2, iNKT-17, iNKT-10 subsetsaccording to the development in the thymus, the expression of transcription factors and the secretion of various cytokines.There is functional heterogeneity in many pathological states ,such as tumor,autoimmune disease ,type I diabetes ,bronchialasthma and so on, meaning type I NKT cells can promote immune response as well as suppress immune response.
