摘要
3D生物打印技术是基于生物材料研究成果、计算机三维重建技术、3D打印技术等发展起来的一项新兴技术,近年来其在临床领域应用逐渐增多。对于骨创伤领域而言,3D生物打印技术主要在打印模型和导航模板方面取得了尝试性应用,其与传统手术相结合可有效缩短手术时间、提高手术安全性、减少并发症。虽然其在骨创伤诊疗应用正处于初期发展阶段,如组织、器官打印尚处于研究探索阶段,但该技术未来有望成为治疗骨创伤最有成效的方法之一。
3D bio-printing technology is a new technology based on the research results of biological materials, computer3 D reconstruction technology, and its application in clinical field gradually increased. For the field of bone trauma, 3D print-ing technology has been trialed mainly in print model and navigation template applications ,with the combination of traditionaloperation it can shorten the operation time, improve the operation safety, and reduce the complications effectively. Althoughits application is still in primary stage of development in bone trauma diagnosis and treatment, for example tissue, organprinting are still in the stage of exploring, the technology is expected to become one of the most effective treatments of bonetrauma in the future.
