摘要
随着我国的人口老龄化,冠心病发病率成逐年上升趋势,如何早期诊断、准确评估病情是临床治疗的前提。心脏磁共振(CMR)技术由于一次检查即可同时提供多方面信息的特性而广泛用于临床。CMR由最初的亮血成像技术到使用对比剂之后的心肌灌注成像及延迟成像,由静止图片到心脏舒张、收缩两期电影序列,进一步提升诊断的准确性。尤其是近年来各种后处理技术的突飞猛进,使CMR的应用领域更加广泛,不仅能评估远期病情,还能预测各种并发症的发生。
Along with the population aging in China,the incidence of coronary heart disease has been in a rising trendyear by year;early diagnosis and accurate evaluation of the condition is the precondition of clinical treatment. Cardiac mag-netic resonance(CMR) technology can provide various information from one inspection,therefore is widely used in clinical.CMR imaging technology developed from the original bright blood to contrast medium myocardial perfusion imaging anddelayed imaging, from static images to diastolic and systolic sequence, further enhancing the accuracy of the diagnosis. Espe-cially that all kinds of post - processing technology has been advancing by leaps and bounds in recent years, the applicationfield of CMR is becoming more extensive,which not only can assess the long- term illness condition, but also can predictthe probability of all kinds of complications.
