瑞芬太尼在全身麻醉中应用的研究进展

Research Progress of Remifentanil in General Anesthesia

瑞芬太尼作为新型的麻醉镇痛药、选择性激动μ受体,起效快、作用时间短、镇痛效果强,被广泛应用于临床麻醉。目前,临床麻醉多采用瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚、七氟烷、右美托咪定等麻醉剂联合应用,以达到满意的手术条件并防止术中知晓。而联合用药不仅增强了麻醉效果,提高了麻醉安全性,还避免了大剂量使用单一药物引起的不良反应,是值得在临床麻醉推广的一种用药方法。瑞芬太尼与以上各药的联用有助于个体化麻醉的实施,从而为提高麻醉质量提供指导意见。

As a new type of narcotics, remifentanil can stimulate ix-receptors selectively, and it has been widely usedin clinical anesthesia for its rapid onset, short action time and strong analgesic effect. At present, to achieve satisfactoryoperation conditions and prevent intraoperative awareness, we usually take the methods of combining remifentanil withother anesthetics like propofol or sevoflurane or dexmedetomidine in clinical. The combination of medication not onlyenhances the anesthetic effect, but also improves the safety of anesthesia and avoids the side effects caused by large dosesof single drugs. It is worth to be popularized in clinical anesthesia. The methods of remifentanil combining with all thedrugs above will help the implementation of individual anesthesia which could also be a guidance to improve the quality ofanesthesia.
