摘要
针对某电动汽车涉水试验中乘客舱进水的问题,记录下所有的进水点,分别查找其进水途径和原因,并进行归类,包括车身结构自身设计造成易漏涂胶的缺陷问题,管路、线束卡扣与孔配合不密封问题,换挡器、转向柱、空调管等开过孔后密封处理不到位的问题等。接着针对每种问题给出了具体解决方案,实施后再次进行涉水验证,乘客舱内无进水出现。结果表明:对有密封要求的车身结构,涂全焊缝密封胶、减少开孔和做好开孔后的密封处理,能较好地杜绝乘客舱进水。
Aiming at the water in letting problem of passenger compartment during paddle test for an electric vehicle, all the infall spots were noted, the tracks and causes of water in letting were examined respectively and they were classified, including the bug problems of lack glue by reason of body structure design, the no hermetic problems of pipeline and wiring harness clip matching hole, and deficiency hermetic disposal problems after opening channels holes etc. Then, the concrete solutions were presented for every problem. The paddle test was per- formed again, water could not enter passenger compartment. Results indicate that daubing all welding line glue, reducing hole and doing well hermetic disposal after opening hole for body structure which have hermetic request, can prevent water in letting passenger compartment effica- ciously.
