摘要 在研究汽车发动机冷却系统设计原理、结构功用及主要工作特点的前提下,通过系统分析冷却系统故障影响因素及主要表现形式,提出了相应的冷却系统故障诊断及维修关键技术措施,可保证发动机在最适宜的温度下工作,充分发挥性能更好地保护发动机,能大幅提升发动机功率和工效,降低系统故障率,提高车辆可开动率,安全节能省油,延长发动机寿命。 On the premise of research for vehicle engine cooling system design principle, structure, functions and main characteristics, through systematic analysis of cooling system failure factors and main forms, corresponding cooling system fault diagnosis and maintenance key technical measures were put forward. They can be used to ensure that the engine works under optimum temperature, to give full play to per- formance to protect engine better, to significantly improve engine power and the work efficiency, to reduce the system failure rate, to improve actuating rate of the vehicle, to ensure security and energy saving and fuel-efficient, to prolong the service life of the engine.
