摘要
智慧城市顶层设计是针对智慧城市建设,从全局的视角出发,进行总体架构的设计,对整个架构的各个方面、各个层次、各种参与力量、各种因素进行统筹考虑和设计。在先期研究的基础上,结合汉寿城市智慧城市顶层设计的实践工作经验,对智慧城市顶层设计流程、内容、思路做一定梳理和总结,提出建设性的意见。
The top-level design of smart city is a overall architecture design, various layer, various participants and factors are considered. Based on the early research, and the experience on Hanshou smart city top-level design, it concludes the design procedure, content and consideration, and gives suggestions.
