胰腺外胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现

CT diagnosis of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the extrapancreas

目的 :探讨胰腺外胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的影像学特征。方法 :回顾性分析7例经手术、病理证实的胰腺外SPTP的临床、影像学资料。结果 :7例中,位于腹腔5例,腹膜后2例;邻近胰头周围4例,胰尾周围3例;囊实性6例,实性1例;等低密度6例,等高密度1例;钙化2例(壳状钙化1例);动脉期均匀强化1例,不均匀强化6例,包膜强化7例,浮云征6例,杯口征2例;肝转移1例;胸腔积液2例。结论:胰腺外SPTP为SPTP的不典型表现,但仍具备SPTP的影像表现及生物学特征。

Objective：To investigate the CT imaging manifestations of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of extrapancreas （ESPT）. Methods：The imaging and clinical presentation of 7 cases ESPT proved by pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Re-sults：5 cases were located in abdominal cavity,2 cases in retroperitoneal space;4 cases near the pancreatic head,3cases near the tail of pancreas. The tumors were shown to be cystic and/or solid mass （6 cystic and solid,1 solid）;6 cases were shown equal and low density,1 case was equal and high density,2 cases appeared calcification（1 shell-liked calcification）. On the en-hanced scanning,1case showed intense enhancement in arterial phase,6 case were delayed enhanced. The tumors in all 7 case showed capsule enhancement,＆quot;floating cloud＆quot;sign in 6 patient,cup sign in 2 patients;liver metastasis were found in 1 case;pleural effusion in 2 cases. Conclusion：The location of ESPT is atypical,but there are some characteristics in imaging manifes-tations and biological characteristics of ESPT and solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas（SPTP）.
