摘要
四极杆-飞行时间质谱(Q-TOF)技术因具有检测范围宽、灵敏度高、可耦合联用等优点,已被广泛应用于食品安全检测领域。综述了近年来Q-TOF技术的发展现状及其在检测农药残留、兽药残留、外源添加物、真菌毒素4个方面的应用,展望了该技术的应用前景。
The Q-TOF has been applied in food quality and safety analysis as a result of its wide detection range,high sensitivity and combination,and so on.The development status and applications of Q-TOF technology in the detection of pesticide residue,veterinary drug,exogenous additives and mycotoxin were reviewed and application prospect was forecasted.
