高校基建管理存在的问题及对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Infrastructure Management in Universities

基础设施建设是高校教学、科研、服务社会和文化传承等功能顺利发挥作用的最重要保障。近二十年来,高等教育招生规模日益扩大,高校纷纷对校园进行扩建,颇具规模的大学城也不断涌现,这无疑对高校基建科学化管理提出了更高要求。目前,我国高校基建管理存在着诸多问题,本文主要分析基建内控制度、校园规划、档案管理三方面存在的问题并提出解决问题的对策。

Infrastructure construction is the most important guarantee of teaching, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance in universities. Over the past 20 years, enrollment has been increasing sharply. Universities constantly enlarge their old campuses. University towns are constantly emerging. We undoubtedly need more scientific management of construction. At present, there are many problems of construction management in universities. This article analyzes the internal control system, campus planning and file management and discusses some problems and countermeasures.
