摘要
金融消费者是金融活动的主要参与者之一。在2007年金融危机爆发以后,各国对危机中反映的消费者权益保护的欠缺逐渐重视起来。此后,世界各国开始进行一系列的金融制度的完善,而我国近年来也对这方面予以重视,并整体以"一行三会"的框架构建保护制度。但是,现阶段仍存在立法不完善,机构欠缺,权利救济单一的状况。本文在研究国外优秀制度的基础上,从我国实际情况出发,对金融消费者权益保护提出相关建议。
Financial consumers is one of the main participants of financial activities. After the financial crisis in 2007, the lack of protection of financial consumers is reflected in many countries. Afterwards, governments of different countries begin to implement a series of financial system. In recent years, China has also made substantial progress on financial regulators and promulgated a number of rules, but these frame- works and measures still have some weaknesses, such as legislative is not enough, protection measures are inadequate, and relief system is single. On the basis of studying some foreigh sophisticated systems, combining China's concrete conditions, this paper puts forward some suggestions on law system to protect financial consumers.
