基于FX2NPLC的T6112镗床电气控制系统智能改造

摘要 针对T6112镗床因为多年使用,导致电气控制系统线路及电器元件老化、故障频发、能耗大和加工效率低等现象,选用FX2NPLC对T6112镗床的电气控制系统进行改造,详细阐述了具体的改造方案.实践证明改造后的PLC控制系统加工效率比原来提高了3倍左右,且性能稳定可靠. Some old T6112 boring machines has a lot of problems such as electrical control circuit and electrical components aging,equipment aging,frequent failure,large energy consumption and low efficiency of production,etc. FX2 NPLC was chosen to reform the electrical control system of T6112 boring machine and a specific reformation scheme was provided. Practice proved that the processing efficiency was increased about three times,and the performance was stable and reliable.
