水杨醛甘氨酸还原型希夫碱铜配合物的合成与结构表征

Synthesis,Characterization and Crystal Structure of Copper(Ⅱ) Complex with Reduced Schiff Base Ligand of Glycine and Salicylaldehyde

摘要 通过缩合和还原反应合成了还原型希夫碱配体H_2Sal Gly.以H_2Sal Gly、2,2'-联吡啶和醋酸铜为原料合成了配合物[Cu(Sal Gly)(2,2'-bipy)]·3H_2O,并通过溶液挥发法得到了配合物的单晶.利用元素分析、IR及单晶X-衍射仪对所合成配合物的结构进行了表征.结果表明,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为Cc,Z=4,a=0.528 35(8)nm,b=2.253 9(3)nm,c=1.662 5(3)nm,α=90°,β=98.029(2)°. Schiff base H_2SalGly is synthesized by the condensation and reduction reactions between salicylaldehyde( Sal) and glycine( Gly). The copper complex crystal of [Cu( Sal Gly)( 2,2'-bipy) ]·3H2O is synthesized by H_2 Sal Gly,2,2'-bipyridine,and cupric acetate. The single crystal of [Cu( Sal Gly)( 2,2'-bipy) ]·3H2O is obtained by vaporizing solvent and its structure characterized by elemental analysis,IR and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the crystal belongs to monoclinic system and space group Cc,Z = 4,a =0. 528 35( 8) nm,b = 2. 253 9( 3) nm,c = 1. 662 5( 3) nm,α = 90°,β = 98. 029( 2) °.
