基于生态文明的河南省新型城镇化发展评价分析

Evaluation of New Urbanization Development of Henan Province Based on Ecological Civilization

生态文明建设与新型城镇化具有内在一致性.立足生态文明视角,结合新型城镇化的内涵,构建了涵盖经济水平、城镇水平、民生水平和生态水平等指标的新型城镇化评价体系,并采用复合指标法对河南省各地市2014年新型城镇化的发展程度进行评估,进而从规划城镇发展格局、发展生态生产力、促进城镇可持续发展等方面提出相关政策建议.

The construction of ecological civilization and the new urbanization have an inherent consistency.From the perspective of ecological civilization and the connotation of new urbanization,this paper builds an evaluation system of new urbanization,which includes four first-class indexes such as economical level,urbanization level,the level of people＇s livelihood,and ecological level. It uses the method of composite index to evaluate the new urbanization＇s development level of the cities of Henan Province in 2014. Finally,this paper proposes the corresponding policy advice for new urbanization in terms of development pattern of cities and towns,ecological productivity,and the sustainable development of cities.
