摘要 根据野生大黄鱼的洄游规律、生态习性,采用人工手段的移动,来满足其生活史中赖以生存的自然条件,构建大黄鱼养殖全过程仿生态分阶段养殖新模式.新模式实施结果,养殖优势明显,尤其是达到了拟野生的品质和口感,经济效益极为显著.本文通过对新模式产生的背景、新模式发展的理论基础、新模式的生产环节的构成及问题探讨等四个方面对大黄鱼仿生态分阶段养殖新模式进行全面的论述,为这种模式的健康发展和推广提供一些理论依据. Based on the migration rule and life habit of wild large yellow croaker, a new model of simulated ecological and grading aquaculture was developed. The new model met the natural living conditions in the life cycle of wild large croaker via artificial migration. The new model showed better aquaculture practices and produced significant profits. In addition, the quality and taste of aquaculture production of large yellow croaker was similar to wild one. The article is mainly focused on the background, development foundation, production process, and pitfalls of the new model. It is suggested to provide theoretical portability for the development and implementation of this new model.
