加氢精制反应器出口管道的优化设计

摘要 为了在某加氢精制装置改造项目中,对其要更换的反应器(利旧设备管口方位不可调)进行布置,提高其安全性,应用CAESAR Ⅱ软件,对其进行建模和分析,调整反应器出口管道的安装形式,对比应力、管嘴受力等分析报告,得出结论:在满足工艺要求的前提下,为了减少管道压力降并节约管道材料,反应器出口管道应尽量短,减少拐弯,并应避免出现袋形,通过对比应力计算报告,当结果相差不大时,应优先选择安装方式简单、压力降小、节省材料的安装方式。 In order to set up hydrofining react( old equipment nozzle position is non-adjustable) at a hydrofining plant modi- fication projects, and to improve the security, CAESAR Ⅱ was used to build model and analyze, to adjust installation form of react outlet pipe. Comparing analysis reports of nozzle stress, nozzle stress and so on, conclusions were drawn. On the premise of meeting the process requirements, in order to reduce the pipeline pressure drop and save the pipe material, reactor outlet pipe should be as short as possible, and turning is reduced, and bag form is avoided. By comparing the stress calculation reports, when the results are not quite different, the installation form which is simple, with small pressure drop and saving material is selected.
