摘要
文中以断裂力学理论为基础,应用ANSYS软件建立含裂纹弯头有限元模型,通过施加内压载荷,对模型的塑性极限载荷做了简单的计算研究。研究结果表明,裂纹对塑性极限载荷的影响不可忽略,同时可以为在役含缺陷压力管道安全评定提供参考。
Based on fracture mechanics theory in this paper, software ANSYS was applied on building the finite model of el- bow with crack. By applying internal pressure load, the plastic limit load of the model was briefly calculated and studied. The results indicate that effect of the crack on the plastic limit load can't be ignored, simultaneously, providing reference for the safety assessment of in-service pressure piping with crack inservice.
