摘要 文中从讨论管道防腐层的机械性能和检验方法出发,分析了水平定向钻管道防腐层的质量影响因子及常用防腐层机械性能对比试验,介绍了水平定向钻管道防腐层的抗磨损层选择方法和工程经验。研究表明,推荐采用环氧类涂层用于水平定向钻管道表面抗磨损。水平定向钻穿越后,利用管道阴极保护馈电试验和防腐层平均电导率可以有效评估穿越后防腐层的质量。 The mechanical properties and test methods of anti-corrosion coating of pipeline were discussed in this paper. The quality influence factors of horizontal, directionally drilled pipeline and the anti-corrosion coating mechanical performance contrast experiment were analyzed. Anti-wear layer selection methods and engineering experience of horizontal directionally drilled pipeline anti-corrosion coating were introduced. The results show that it is recommended that the epoxy coating is used in the hor- izontal directionally drilled pipeline anti-corrosion coating. The quality of anti-corrosion coating after horizontal directionally drilled can be effectively evaluated by the cathodic protection feed-current test and anticorrosive layer average conductivity.
