西安地区NINJ2基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中发生的关系 被引量:1

Relationship of NINJ2 Gene Polymorphism with Ischemic Stroke in Xi'an Area

摘要 [目的]探讨神经损伤诱导蚕白2(NINJ2)基因多态性与西安地区缺血性脑卒中发生的关系。[方法]选择2014年5月至2016年4月本院神经内科收治的218例脑梗死患者为观察组,选取同期入院进行健康体检的124例健康人作为对照组,采用聚合酶联反应一限制性片段长度多态性技术对NINJ2的rs10849373、rs12425791、rs11833579、rs11063806位点进行基因型检测,比较两组基因型和等位基因频率的差异。[结果]rs10849373、rs12425791、rs11833579、rs11063806位点GG、GA和AA基因型在观察组和对照组的频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;观察组rs10849373位点AA、GA基因型以及等位基因A的频率分别为11.47%、41.28%和32.11%,均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);rs12425791、rs11833579、rs11063806位点在观察组和对照组间的分布差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。[结论]NINJ2基因中rs10849373位点与西安地区缺血性脑卒中发生有关,其确切机制有待进一步研究。 [Objective]To investigate the relationship between the nerve injury induced protein 2 gene (NINJ2) polymorphism and ischemic stroke in Xi'an area. [Methods]From May 2014 to April 2016, 218 cases of ischemic stroke patients in our hospital were selected as observation group, at the same time, 124 healthy persons were selected as the control group. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymor-phism was used to detect the genotype in locus of rs10849373, rs12425791, rs11833579 and rs11063806 in gene NINJ2 , the differences of genotype and allele frequencies between the two groups were compared. [Results] Frequency distribution of GG, GA and AA genotype in rs10849373, rs12425791, rs11833579 and rs11063806 locus accords with the Hardy- Weinberg equilibrium in the observation group; the frequency of rs10849373 locus AA , GA genotype and allele A of the observation group were 11.47%, 41.28% and 32.11%, significantly higher than those of the control group; distribution difference of rs12425791, 11833579 and rs11063806 locus between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant ( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] rs10849373 locus of gene NINJ2 is associated with ischemic stroke in Xi'an area.The exact mechanism needs further researches.
