绿色建筑的BA系统设计

BA System Design in Green Building

结合某三星级绿色办公建筑,系统地介绍了BA系统在绿色建筑中的应用,集合供配电控制系统、给排水系统、自然通风控制系统、空调机组控制系统、电梯群控系统及照明、风机盘管、新风三联控系统等,对建筑设备的运行情况及能耗数据进行收集分析,及时发现运行故障并报警,并根据实际情况为建筑提供优化运行策略,降低建筑的运行能耗。

Combining by an office building with three-star green building design logo, this paper systematically introduced the application of building automation （ BA ） system in green building. The BA system of the building incorporates power supply and distribution control system,water supply and drainage system, natural ventilation control system,air conditioning unit control system,elevator group control system and lighting,fan coil,fresh air triple control system and so on.To detect the operational failure aud alarm in time,the operation status and energy consumption data of each equipment were collected and analyzed in green building. According to the actual situations, it provides an optimal operational strategy to reduce the energy consumption of the building.
