摘要 设计了一种能够实时检测萃取槽中稀土元素浓度的在线检测仪器,该仪器采用视觉检测的方法,通过分析稀土溶液的HSI(hue,saturation,intensity)颜色特征和多项式拟合分析实现离子组分含量的检测。仪器由溶液抽取显色、图像采集、上位机分析模块构成,具有检测速度快、检测精度高、自动化控制的优点。通过对Nd组分含量的仪器测试验证,该仪器的检测相对误差在1.5%内,能够很好地应用于稀土萃取过程离子组分含量的检测,为其提供一种新的检测思路和仪器设计方法。 A kind of on-line detection instrument which can detect the concentration of rare earth elements in the extraction tank in real time was designed.The instrument used visual detection method,through the analysis of rare earth solution HSI(Hue,Saturation,Intensity) color characteristics and polynomial fitting analysis to achieve the detection of ion content.The instrument was composed of solution extraction coloration,image acquisition,and principle computer analysis module,which has the advantages of high detection speed,high detection precision and automatic control.Verified by Nd group content testing instrument,the instrument detection relative error was within 1.5%,it has good application in rare earth extraction process of ionic group content detection,thus providing a new detection method and instrument design method.
