摘要 介绍了煤矿瓦斯抽采监测常用流量计的各种优缺点,基于时差法超声波流量检测原理,采用40 k Hz超声波换能器和CX20106A集成红外信号接收芯片对超声波信号进行处理,并利用高速ARM芯片计算超声波飞行时间,设计了矿用管道式超声波气体流量计,相对误差小于4.0%、流速下限低至0.2 m/s,且无压损,是解决煤矿瓦斯抽采监测的理想仪器,具有良好的现场表现和环境适应性。 The various advantages and disadvantages of the flow meter utilized for the CMM monitoring was introduced,based on the transit-time ultrasonic flow detection principle,40 k Hz ultrasonic transducer and CX20106 A integrated infrared receiver chip were used to process ultrasonic signal and the high-speed ARM chip was used to compute ultrasonic flight time.Pipeline ultrasonic gas flowmeter for coal mine was designed,it achieves the relative error of measurement less than 4.0%.Velocity limit is as low as 0.2 m/s.and there is no pressure loss.It is the ideal instrument to solve the coal mine gas drainage monitoring with the characteristics of good field performance and environmental adaptability.
