摘要 为了及时掌握光伏逆变器发电系统的核心设备——光伏逆变器的安全运行情况,需要对光伏逆变器的信息进行实时监控。采用基于ARM的STM32处理器为主控芯片,应用嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ和图形界面软件emWIN设计了光伏逆变器实时监控系统。首先分析光伏逆变器监控系统的功能需求并设计监控系统总体方案;根据相应的功能分析,对监控系统进行分层,设计了系统的软硬件;为了保证数据传输的实时性和用户指令下达的准确性,优化了CAN总线数据传输的方法及用户指令下达的过程;最后设计了光伏逆变器监控系统。试验结果表明,该监控系统运行稳定,实时性高,能够实现实时监控,具有良好的移植性和广阔的应用前景。 In order to grasp the key equipment of photovoltaic inverter power generation system in time,the safe operation of PV inverter needs to be monitored in real time.The real-time monitoring system of photovoltaic inverter was designed by using the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ and the graphical interface software em WIN based on the ARM STM32 processor as the main control chip.Firstly,the paper analyzed the PV inverter control system functional requirements and designed monitoring system overall scheme.According to the corresponding functional analysis,monitoring system was stratified and the hardware and software of the system was designed in order to ensure data transmission in real time and the accuracy of user instructions,optimizing the method of CAN bus data transmission and the process of user instructions.Finally,the paper designed the monitoring system of photovoltaic inverter.The results show that the monitoring system is stable,and can achieve the real-time monitoring,and has good portability and wide application prospects.
