摘要
斯金纳箱是操作性条件反射的实验装置,触屏手机界面中使用了很多斯金纳箱式的设计,即迎合用户的动物性本能,用逐步强化的方式让用户完成复杂的任务。互联网、大数据等数字技术也为用户行为的及时强化提供了有利条件。斯金纳箱式的设计容易让用户形成依赖,有助于扩大用户群,却不能满足有创造性交互需求的人群。操作性条件反射可以强化和塑造用户的行为,但设计师不应借此一味满足用户的动物性本能,还应设法增加用户选择、探索和个性化交互的机会。
Skinner box is the experimental device of operant conditioning. Similar design being used a lot in the UI design of smart phone, which caring for user＇ s animal instincts and using gradual reinforcement for users to complete complex tasks. Internet, big data and other digital technology also provides favorable conditions for the timely reinforcement of user＇ s behavior. The Skinner box design style makes people form dependencies on the UI easily, and it helps to expanding the user group. But it can＇ t satisfy people who are in need of creative interaction. Operant conditioning can change user＇ s behave by reinforcement and shaping. Designers should not keep fulfilling the user＇s animal instinct, but also try to increase opportunities for users to do more selection, exploration and personalized interactive.
