协同创新视角下的工业设计专业多元联动培养模式研究

Research on the Multivariate Linkage Training Mode of Industrial Design Major in the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

在国家实施创新驱动战略背景下,工业设计在制造业转型升级中的作用日益突出,但在传统教学方式熏陶下的工业设计培养模式与社会需求之间互动少,校内圈养式培养达不到企业对人才素质的要求。文章通过分析工业设计专业教育模式存在的问题,以广东海洋大学工业设计专业为例,引用协同创新的概念,提出构建多元联动的校企协同创新模式,以跨专业协同、学科竞赛和项目引导、学科平台等路径实现符合企业需求的工业设计应用型人才培养。

Under the background of the implementation of innovation driven strategy in the country, Industrial design has become an increasingly important role in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Because of Influenced by the traditional teaching methods, the interaction between industrial design training mode and social demand is too little, the closed form of training mode can＇t reach the requirements of the enterprise to the quality of talents.In this paper, it analyzes the problems existing in the professional education mode of industrial design. Taking industrial design of Guangdong Ocean University for example, this article quotes the concept of collaborative innovation, putting forward to build multivariate linkage innovation model between school and enterprise synergy. Through inter professional collaboration, academic competitions and project guidance, discipline platform and other paths to train applied talents of industrial design, in order to meet the needs of enterprises.
