阴冷天气对意大利蜜蜂采集效率的影响

Effect of bleak weather on colleting efficiency of honeybee(Apis mellifera L.)

有研究已经揭示了阴冷天气能够负面影响意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera L.)的采集蜂出巢的数量,但到目前为止,未有研究证明阴冷天气对意大利蜜蜂采集效率的影响。本研究中,我们将采集蜂引到固定点采集糖水,并采用了新标记方法标记它们,然后抓取刚采集和采集糖水1分钟的蜜蜂,我们通过比较这两种蜜蜂在阴冷天和晴朗天的头胸部和腹部重量,从而评估阴冷天气对蜜蜂采集效率的影响;结果表明,阴冷天气显著降低了西方蜜蜂的采集效率。

Some researches have been revealed that bleak weather can adversely affect on the number of honeybee foragers （Apis mellifera L.） departing from the hive to field, but till now having no evidence to confirm the effect of bleak weather on colleting efficiency of honeybee （Apis mellifera L.）. In our study we marked foragers by using new marking method, then we captured those foragers that they had just collecting and collecting from sucrose solution for 1 min. We compared the two foragers＇ weight of cephalothorax and head in the bleak and sunny days to evaluate the ef- fect of bleak weather on foragers＇ collecting efficiency. Results had showed that the bleak weather reduces significantly collecting efficiency of honeybee （Apis mellifera L.）.
