Empirical Research on the Evaluation System of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization

【目的/意义】信息化与工业化融合评估是推进两化融合的有力抓手,有利于引导企业转型升级和转变经济发展方式。【方法/过程】本文通过构建评价指标体系对我国31个省市两化融合发展水平进行评价,指标体系基于熵权的TOPSIS评价方法,TOPSIS用来对评价对象进行排序。【结果/结论】本文通过实证分析对比了上海市与江苏省信息化与工业化的发展情况,研究结果表明本研究提出的综合评价方法能够较为有效度量全国省级两化融合水平,为各省推进两化融合进程提供决策参考。

[Purpose/significance] Integration of informatization and industrialization evaluation is an important means to promote the integration. It is conducive to guide enterprises to upgrade and change the mode of economic development. [Method/process]This paper constructs the evaluation index system to comprehensively evaluate the development level of the integration of information and industrialization in 31 provinces and cities in China. The index system is based on the TOPSIS evaluation method using entropy weight. The entropy method is used to determine the weight of indicators, and TOPSIS is used to sort the evaluation objects. [Result/conclusion]This paper analyzes the development of integration in Shanghai and Jiangsu province through empirical analysis. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this study can effectively measure the development level of the integration of information and industrialization for the whole provinces in China and provide decision-making references for promoting the integration process.
