摘要
【目的/意义】影响阅读推广效果的因素是多层次、多维度的,以环境质量为考察对象的影响因子分析,能够精确揭示出哪几类环境质量从多大程度上影响到读者对于阅读推广服务的满意度,进而对提升高校图书馆阅读推广活动效果提供有益启示和参考。【方法/过程】通过对参与阅读推广活动用户的调查,运用主成分分析法,选取3大类共18个因子构建环境质量指标体系,并以影响因子得分为依据对研究样本进行归类,找出样本间的隐性联系。【结果/结论】研究发现,图书馆资源配置的完善程度、人文景观的良好状况、阅读推广活动的多样化水平这三大类因素会形成阅读推广过程的综合环境质量,影响读者对于阅读推广服务的满意度。
[Purpose/significance]The factors that influencing the effect of reading promotion are related to multi-level and multi-dimension, the impact factor analysis of which take environment quality as the object can accurately reveal which types of environmental quality and how much does the environmental quality affect the readers' satisfaction with reading promotion service , and then provides some useful enlightenment and reference for improving the effect of reading promotion activities in university libraries. [ Method/process ] Based on the investigation of users participating in reading promotion activities, this paper uses the principal component analysis to select 3 categories including 18 factors to construct the environmental quality index system, and classify the study samples according to the impact factor scores, and find out the hidden links between samples. [ Results/conclusion] The study found that the perfect degree of library resource allocation, the good condition of cultural landscape and the diversification level of reading promotion activities these three types of factors will result in the comprehensive environmental quality of the reading promotion process, which will affect the readers' satisfaction with reading promotion services.
