摘要
【目的/意义】旨在探索信息传播媒介在用户健康信息搜寻过程中的影响。【方法/过程】通过网络问卷收集了341位用户的数据,借助相关统计分析,分别从健康信息质量与用户满意度、不同情境下健康信息搜寻的媒介选择、用户健康素养及其信息检索能力与传播媒介三者关系的角度,分析了传播媒介在用户健康信息搜寻中的作用。【结果/结论】研究结果发现:健康信息质量与用户对健康信息的满意度呈显著的正相关关系;不同情境(紧急情况与非紧急情况)下用户的信息传播媒介选择存在差异,用户的媒介选择会受到信息质量、信息满意度、便利程度等因素的影响;用户的健康素养也会影响用户选择相应的媒介;同时,信息传播媒介会对用户信息检索能力和信息搜寻行为之间产生交互影响,并且不同媒介的影响作用存在差异。
[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to explore the role of information media in the process of user health information seeking. [ Method/process] We collect 341 users' data through online questionnaire and explore the role of information media in the process of user health information seeking which includes information quality, users' satisfaction, information seeking contexts and media choice as well as the relationship of heath literacy and information retrieval capability. [ Result/conclusion ] Results show that user satisfaction of health information has a significant positive correlation with information quality;there are some differences when users choose health information media in various situations; health information literacy will affect the users' choice of information media; besides, the information media has an interaction effect on the relationship between information retrieval capability and health information seeking.
