Construction and Simulation of Integrated Research Framework on Industry Cluster Knowledge Flow

【目的/意义】产业集群中的知识流动是集群形成和发展的重要动力,对知识流动形式的识别和探讨有助于发现提高集群能力的新手段。【方法/过程】通过构建产业集群知识流动的整合研究框架,设定企业能量和企业能量速度等状态变量,设计企业能量影响规则和知识流动的触发规则,利用Matlab Simulink对产业集群中的知识流动行为进行模拟仿真。【结果/结论】仿真数据和分析结果表明,知识流动能够帮助企业在不断变化的外部环境中保持更高的发展速度,领先企业与跟随企业在集群知识流动中扮演重要的角色,知识扩散和纯知识溢出有利于产业集群的长期发展。

[Purpose/significance] Knowledge flow is an important driving force for the formation and development of industry cluster, by identifying and analyzing the formation of knowledge flow, we can find the new path of industry cluster promotion. [Method/process] By constructing an integrated research framework on industry cluster knowledge flow, the paper defined the state variables, such as firm＇ s energy, firm＇ s energy speed, and designed the firm＇ s energy impact rule and knowledge flow rule. Besides ,it also conducted a simulation of knowledge flow behaviors by using Matlab Simulink. [Result/conclusion] The simulation data and analysis results show that knowledge flow can help firm maintain the high level development speed, especially in constantly changing environment. Leading enterprise and followers play an important role in industry cluster knowledge flow, knowledge diffusion and pure knowledge spillover are conductive to long term development of industry cluster.
