摘要
采用全赤铁精矿为原料制备氧化球团矿存在原料成球性差、预热及焙烧温度高等问题。已有研究表明,采用单一的强化措施(机械预处理、内配燃料或添加剂)难以获得理想效果。本文以伊朗某难处理赤铁矿为原料,利用高压辊磨预处理、添加无烟煤和石灰石的共同作用强化球团制备过程。在适宜的工艺条件下,可以获得生球落下强度大于5次/0.5 m、预热球抗压强度大于1 000N/个、焙烧球抗压强度不低于3 000 N/个的优良结果,所制备的成品球团矿冶金性能良好,可作为大型高炉炼铁的优质原料。
During the preparation of oxidized pellets from 100% hematite concentrates there exist some problems, such as poor ballability, higher preheating and roasting temperature and longer heating time. Previous investigations have showed that it is difficult to achieve good results by using single strengthening measure (mechanical activation pretreatment, adding some fuels or additives). In this study, one kind of Iranian refractory hematite is used as raw materials to prepare oxidized pellets by using a combined intensifying measure including high pressure grinding roller and adding some anthracite and limestone. Under the optimum conditions, the drop strength of green pellets reaches greater than 5 times/0.5m, and the compressive strengths of preheating pellets and roasting pellets reach greater than 1 000 N/P and 3 000 N/P, respectively. The finished oxidized pellet has excellent metallurgical performance, which can be used as high - quality ironmaking burdens for large - scale blast furnaces.
