摘要
分析了汽车前顶内护板塑件的成型工艺,阐述了其注塑模具的CAD/CAE/CAM设计思路与方法,详细介绍了模具的分型面、排气系统、浇注系统、冷却系统及整体结构设计。随后以定模型芯为例,分析了型芯的成型曲面及分型面的数控加工工艺并进行了刀路轨迹仿真。经实际生产验证,该模具结构设计合理,定模型芯的数控加工工艺可行,能注塑出合格的塑件产品。
The moulding process of automobile anterior intraparietal guard plate was analysed, the CAD/CAE/CAM design ideas and methods of its injection mould were described, and the designs of parting surface, exhaust system, gating system, cooling system and general mould structure were introduced in detail. Then taking the core model as an example, the NC machining process and tool path simulation of the forming surface and parting surface NC machining process and tool path simulation were analysed. The application shows that, the mould structure design is reasonable, the numerical control processing craft of the fixed model core is feasible, and the qualified plastic parts can be obtained by injection moulding.
