三种含辅酶Q10的防晒剂抗小鼠皮肤紫外线损伤的效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的对二氧化钛、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、二苯甲酮三种含辅酶Q_(10)的防晒剂抗小鼠皮肤紫外线损伤的效果进行评价。方法 45只小鼠随机分5组,小鼠每天皮肤涂抹相应药物后进行紫外线照射,8周后眼球取血处死进行指标检测。结果与正常组比较,模型组小鼠白细胞数量与皮肤MDA活力上升、TSOD活力下降,皮肤角质层脱落,MMP-1 mRNA表达水平上升;与模型组比较,二氧化钛组小鼠白细胞数量与皮肤MDA活力下降、皮肤角质层无脱落,甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯组小鼠白细胞数量下降、GSH-Px活力上升,皮肤角质层无脱落,MMP-1 mRNA表达水平降低;二苯甲酮组小鼠白细胞数量、MMP-1 mRNA表达水平下降,皮肤角质层脱落。结论三种含辅酶Q10的防晒剂具有抗小鼠皮肤紫外线损伤的作用,其预防效果依次为二苯甲酮、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、二氧化钛。 Objective Appraising the effect of titanium dioxide and octyl methoxycinnamate and benzophenone containing coenzyme Q10 in protecting the mice skin from the ultraviolet ray.Methods Forty-five mice randomly assigned to four groups. Before exposed to UV, the mice were painted with corresponding suncream. The experiment were lasted 8 weeks and at the end all mice were sacrificed by extracting the eyes, then detected the indicators.Results Compared with CON group, the results of MOL group mice had an increase in WBC and MDA and MMP-1 content and shown a decline in content of SOD and GSH-Px, while the corneum were shedded. Compared with MOL group, the result of TiO2 group mice were down in WBC and MDA content and up in content of SOD and GSH-Px and MMP-1, while the corneum were not shedded.That in OMC group the resulted were down in WBC content and up in content of GSH-Px, while the corneum were not shedded, while the result is down in WBC and MMP-1 content without the corneum shedded in BABP group.Conclusion The three sun-screeners containing coenzyme Q10 has the role of protecting the mice skin from the ultraviolet ray and the best effect is benzophenone then octyl methoxycinnamate, titanium dioxide the last.
