长期受油微污染反渗透膜系统的运行和预防处理措施

Operation and prevention measures for long-term oil-contaminated reverse osmosis membrane system

针对陕西渭河煤化工集团地下水预脱盐系统地下原水长期受油微污染的实际状况,通过总结膜系统的日常运行和维护经验,全面分析了在现有运行条件下反渗透膜系统长期受油微污染的原因及所采取的预防处理措施,并对反渗透膜长期受油微污染如何预防和去除相关污染物提出了展望。

Aiming at the problem of long-term oil contamination of the ground water in a groundwater pre-desalination system of Weihe Coal Chemical Industry Group in Shanxi Province, this paper comprehensively analyzed the reasons for the long-term oil contamination to the reverse osmosis membrane system under the existing operating conditions and brought forward the preven- tive treatment methods and countermeasures, based on the daily operation and maintenance experi- ence of the membrane system. New directions of prevention and treatment methods were also put forward.
