摘要
提高配电自动化水平是建设坚强智能电网的关键之一。针对目前配电自动化终端数目繁多,传统检修方式工作量大的现状,文章建立了基于分层模型的配电自动化终端状态评价体系,并利用层次分析法确定了一二级指标的权重,给出了各状态量的评分细则,为配电自动化终端状态管控提供了决策依据。
Improving the level of distribution power automation is one of keys of the development of the strong smart grid. Considering the situation of the large number of distribution automation terminals and heavy workload of traditional maintenance ways, this paper establishes a distribution automation terminal status evaluation system based on hierarchical model. The weights of the first and second grade indicators are determined by using analytic hierarchy process, and the detailed rules of each state quantity are given, which provided the decision basis for the control of distribution automation terminal.
