摘要 文章基于配电网避免重复停电调试接入系统的技术特点,针对近年来配电自动化特别是电缆网自动化在线调试所面临的问题,阐述了配电网避免重复停电调试接入系统实用化的重要性。文章详细论述了一种新型配电网避免重复停电调试接入系统的开发设计,该配电网避免重复停电调试接入系统采用在线仿真原理,体积小、功耗低,能够兼容符合国家电网公司标准的各种厂家的配电产品接口,能够支持二遥、三遥配电产品的避免重复停电联调测试,解决了工程现场在线调试问题;并通过现场试验验证了该配电网避免重复停电调试接入系统具有较大的推广意义和实用价值。 The importance of practical application of distribution network to avoid repeated blackout debugging access system, especially cable network automation on-line debugging, is expounded based on its technical characteristics. The development and design of a type of power distribution network to avoid repeated power failure debugging access system is discussed in detail. The system uses online simulation theory, with the characteristics of small size and low power consumption. It can be compatible with national standards of the various manufacturers of network distribution products interface, and support the two remote, three remote power distribution products to avoid repeated power failure debugging joint test, solving the problem of on-site commissioning of the project site. Through the test and field test certificate, it is verified that the power distribution network to avoide repeated power failure debugging access has a significant significance and practical value.
