摘要 发展电动汽车是道路交通部门节能减排的关键途径,也是推动我国产业结构转型的重要动力。国内对电动汽车在电力系统中的应用潜力研究仍然不足,对大规模电动汽车接入电网后的负荷调节潜力及经济性缺乏定量分析。文章以上海市为研究对象,在电动汽车发展预测的基础上,评估了电动汽车充电负荷对上海市电网的影响,并根据上海市电力系统调峰需求与电动汽车用户出行特点,分别从电动汽车充电需求及负荷特性、电动汽车充放电调节潜力及经济性等方面进行了分析。研究发现通过电力需求响应,电动汽车低谷充电负荷将显著提升上海市电网运行效率,提高外部清洁能源消纳能力,降低用户充电成本。 The development of electric vehicles(EVs) is the key to energy saving and emission reduction for the road transport sector,but also an important driving force to promote China's industrial structure transformation.Research on the potential of electric vehicles in the power system in China remains insufficient.In particular,China is in need for quantitative research on the economics and potential implications of electric vehicle load shifting.To address this research gap,this study uses projected growth in electric vehicle ownership in Shanghai to evaluate the potential impacts of electric vehicle charging on the city's grid.Based on Shanghai's peak load and the current driving patterns of electric vehicle users,this study analyses the potential of EV smart charging and its application values in Shanghai's power system.It is shown that EVs could offer significant value in terms of increasing power system operation efficiency and renewable energy integration and reducing charging cost in Shanghai.The research findings could serve a reference for future policies such as designing charging price mechanisms to better utilize charging load as a grid resource.
