摘要
现代配电自动化的实施,可实现配电网故障的快速定位,可最大限度地减少故障引起的停电范围,进而提高供电可靠性。文章以越秀供电局配电自动化试点运行为背景,介绍了研制的基于绝缘穿刺结构的带电更换模块,提出了一种带电更换配电自动化终端的施工方案,并与其他可能的施工方法进行了比较分析。最后,对带电更换模块的改造工程应用进行了分析。结果证明研制的带电更换模块施工简单,兼容性高,可大幅减少停电时长,提高客户满意度,因而具有较大的市场前景。
The implementation of modern distribution automation can achieve rapid fault location of the distribution network,which can minimize the power outage caused by faults and improve the reliability of power supply.This study is based on the operation of distribution automation pilot of Yuexiu Power Supply Bureau,and introduces an energized replacement module(ERM) based on insulation piercing structure we developed,and thus present a energized replacement of DTU.Comparisons with other possible construction method are conducted.Finally,scenario analyses of ERM are carried out.The developed ERM has the characteristics of simple construction,high compatibility,can substantially reduce the power outages duration,improving customer satisfaction,thus has a great market prospect.
