危险点分析预测控制方法在测控装置综自作业现场中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着变电站综合自动化技术水平的提高以及站内旧型号测控装置的不断老化,需要对测控装置进行改造并进行综自作业消缺。而在测控装置综自作业现场存在因人为因素造成设备损坏、开关误跳闸等风险,为此引入危险点分析预测控制方法来保障作业现场的安全。本文以常规变电站中常见的CSI-200EA测控装置为例,分析在综自作业过程中存在的危险点,并提出针对性的预测控制方法和注意事项。 With the improvement of substation integrated automation technology and the continuous aging of old model measuring control devices in the substation,modification and defects elimination integrated automation operation are needed for the measuring control devices.However,the risks such as devices damage caused by human factors,miss-trip of breakers,and so on,exist in the measuring control devices integrated automation operation site.Thus the dangerous point analysis and predictive control method are introduced to keep the safety of operation site.Taking the common usage model CSI-200 EA measuring control device in substation as an example,dangerous points existing in the process of integrated automation are analy,while predictive control method and considerations are proposed pertinently in this paper.
