摘要
新能源发电过剩已成为"三北"地区亟待解决的问题,储热技术作为能量储存的一种方式,其效率高、调节性能好,是提高光伏发电消纳能力的有效补充手段。文章针对光伏弃电问题,提出电力制热方式集中供热,配以充足的储热设施调节功率,采用优化的调度策略,跟踪光伏富余出力以及电网电价运行,算例计算结果表明储热技术具有良好的实用性和经济性。
New energy over-generation has become an urgent problem to be solved in "Three Northern" regions of China. As a way of energy storage,thermal energy storage is a potential solution for improving the absorbing of photovoltaic energy with its high efficiency and good regulating performance. For the problem of the disposal of photovoltaic energy,a system consisted of electric heating and thermal energy storage is designed. The thermal energy storage is able to track the output of photovoltaic and grid electricity price by optimizing the dispatching strategy,so that heat-supply enterprise gains more profits. A case resulte verifies the accuracy of the system and dispatching strategy.
