摘要
为解决110kV东门变电站母线检修停电时间长、正母隔离开关连杆操作扭力矩过大的问题,文章提出了一种基于全寿命周期成本分析的隔离开关消缺方法。通过分析变电站主接线、现场设备布局,结合近年现场设备故障情况,提出了3种可行的改造方案。在此基础上,采用全寿命周期成本分析确定了采用单母线分段中型布置代替原有双母线全高型布置方式,为同类布置型式的变电站改造提供了新思路。
For problems arisen from the long power cutting time when overhauling the bus-bar and the high torsion of main busbar disconnecting switches,this paper provides an eliminate defect method based on life cycle costs. Firstly,through analyzing the main electrical connection scheme of Dongmen substation,three viable reforming strategies are proposed via local faults these years. Then,an arrangement of medium type for single bus-bar segmentation is conf irmed to replace the arrangement of total high type for double bus-bars based on life cycle costs. Finally,local working results demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
