摘要
研究了不同种类及掺量的减水剂对风积砂(水泥∶砂子为1∶10)充填胶凝材料的流变性能及强度的影响规律。通过旋转黏度计和扫描电镜(SEM)分别对其流变参数和微观形貌进行表征。结果表明:分别以磺酸钠掺量为0.25%,萘系减水剂的掺量为0.70%,聚羧酸的掺量为0.90%明显都能改善风积砂充填料浆的流变性能,也均能满足条带充填材料强度提出的对8 h和28 d强度的要求。其中当萘系减水剂掺量为0.70%时,风积砂充填胶凝材料的抗压强度和抗拉强度都比掺其他两种减水剂的强度值均要大。
The influence rules of rheological properties and strength on aeolian sand (cement, sand 1:10) filling cementing materials are studied by doping the different types and dosages of water reducing.The rheological properties and microscopic morphology of filling ma- terial are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and rotary viscosimeter, respectively.The results show that rheological properties of aeolian sand filling materials mortar can be improved when the dosage of sodium sulfonate is 0.25%, the dosage of naphtha- lene water reducing is 0.70%, the polycarboxylate water reducing is 0.90%,which can satisfy the requirement of strength at 8 d and 28 d. Compared with other two water reducing, the compressive strength and flexural strength of aeolian sand filling cementing materials can reach to maximum when the dosage of naphthalene water reducing is 0.70%.
