基于二次回归正交组合设计的钙基地聚合物性能优化

摘要 以偏高岭土、水泥、粉煤灰为主要原材料,制备钙基地聚合物。采用二次回归正交组合设计方法,研究了水泥掺量(x_1)和粉煤灰掺量(x_2)对钙基地聚合物抗压强度(y)的影响,得到了关于y的线性回归方程,并验证其回归方程的显著性和失拟性。结果表明:水泥掺量为13.67%,粉煤灰掺量为3.3%,可获得钙基地聚合物最大抗压强度34.4 MPa。z_1、z_1z_2的偏回归系数都达到了显著水平,z_2、z_1′、z_2′的偏回归系数达到高度显著水平,并且失拟不显著。试验配合比验证了回归方程具有预见性。 Calcium-based geopolymer was prepared from the main raw materials of metakaolin,cement and fly ash.It studied the influ- ence of cement content (x1) and fly ash content (x2) on compressive strength of calcium-based geopolymer (y) to calculate a linear regres- sion equation ofy and to verify both the significance and loss-faulty of the regression equation by the quadratic regression and orthogonal design.The result showed that the cement content is 13.67% ,the fly ash content is 3.3% ,therefore the compressive strength of calci- um-based geopolymer is 34.4MPa.The statistics meant that the regression coefficients z1 and z1z2 achieved at significance level.At the same time, the regression coefficients of z2, z1 and z2 were highly significant, and that the lack of fitting was insignficant.So the conclusion that the regression equation is predictable was verified by experimental formula.
